The most supplied models of nozzles are standard, Venturi, angled, curved, omnidirectional, wide jet, and nozzles with lateral outlets. Standard nozzles are used mainly in sandblast cabinets, Venturi nozzles in open air blasting applications, angled, curved and nozzles with lateral outlets for cleaning of complicated components. Omnidirectional and wide jet nozzles are used for large surface areas and other special purposes.

1. Ceramic nozzles

offer good service life at a lower price than other materials discussed here. The are a good choice in low usage applications where unit price is a primary factor and nozzle life is less important.

2. Tungsten carbide

offer long life and economy when rough handling can´t be avoided. All tungsten carbide nozzles feature top wear grade material and durable construction.

3. Silicon carbide nozzles

offer service life and durability similar to tungsten carbide, but these nozzles are only about half of weight of tungsten carbide nozzles. Silicon carbide nozzles are an excellent choice when operators are on job for long periods and prefer lightweight nozzles.

4. Boron carbide nozzles

MOST FREQUENTLY SUPPLIED NOZZLES. Provide very long life for fairly good price (the best ratio price/service life). Boron carbide nozzles are ideal for aggressive abrasives and will typically outwear tungsten carbide nozzles by five to ten times.

5. Composite carbide nozzles

NEW material for nozzles production - provide even longer service life than that of boron carbide nozzles. Composite carbide nozzles are ideal for applications using the most aggressive abrasives.
